Katie and Frankie’s wedding were what Santa Fe summer wedding dreams are made of! They had a gorgeous catholic wedding ceremony at the Cristo Rey Catholic Church in Santa Fe, New Mexico (right off the plaza).

We explored downtown Santa Fe near the church to take their wedding party and romantic portraits. The sweetest older couple saw us taking portraits and allowed us to go onto their property to take photos amongst their garden which had tons of greenery and roses! It was so beautiful and SO sweet!

Following the portraits, we headed to La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa for their incredible travel themed wedding party! They chose a beautiful color palette consisting of whites and gold because they wanted a classic and elegant look for their gorgeous Santa Fe wedding. They had a stellar surprise for their guests during their reception and it was AMAZING!!! Katie and Frankie WOWed their guests with Conchita the Tequila Donkey and oh my gosh, she was a HIT!!

I have to say that their wedding guests, family, and friends know how to party!! Katie and Frankie’s wedding was truly a magical day filled with so much love, happiness, and bad ass partying! We ended the night with a gorgeous sparkler send off and it was the most romantic way wish the newlyweds good luck on the start of this beautiful journey!
